Our office is closed today due to some wonderful snow and ice, and I'd like to forward my phone to voice mail. Unfortunately, we don't have DISA/Remote Call Forward enabled, so I don't have that as an option to use.

I do, however, have access to the programming console from a VPN connection. Is there any way I can forward my phone using LD 20 or some other overlay?

I apologize if this has been asked/answered before, but a search on "call forward console" only led me to things about attendant consoles, not the programming console.

Thanks, as always!

For a temp fix you can build an acd and NCFW to your cell phone. Then go into ld 49 and using the IDC table route your DID to the new ACD you created. It will only work for external calls but if you are closed it will work easily and not require any changes on your phone. Then when you reopen just remove your DID from the IDC and delete the ACD, or keep it for future use.

couple of ways, that one will work.. what i would do is nul key 0 and make that a maxp 1 acd to my cell of mail.. if you have cli access you can set up disa in 10 minutes..

best bet, i always send the nite target through the cp.. under normal conditions it just calls a dn.. for weather related problems i can access the app builder and enable a weather alert for all callers.. of course we only have two weeks of winter, 70 degress today
