formsheet in Word XP

I want to create in Word a form-sheet, where the user is only clicking by mouse. User should only selects the correct answer. But it is only possible to have 25 selections per entry. Is it possible to expand this amount?

Not with Forms toolbar. You may be able to (and I think you can) use more with View-Control toolbox, and choose listbox or combobox, but I don't know how to use those controls, so I cannot help with that. :( Anne Troy
