I am trying to set up a database over a network using Access for forms and SQL Server 2000 for the tables.

The optimum situation would have my users logon to their machine access everything off of the server - Forms Tables Queries etc..

Is there anyway that I can store the Forms that I create on SQL 2000 or on the server itself and have my users simply "login" to a specific form??

The effect that I am looking for is something similar to using ASP pages on the web (but only with access not on the web).

Is there anyway to do this??

Thanks

Adam

You cannot store forms in SQL Server. It does not have the integrated Design Environment like Access.

You can place an Access database (mdb) or Project (adp) on the server and allow users to use it. Access 2000 and above allows the creation of Data Access Pages which are web pages. You can create them in Access and deploy to the web server. See Access Help for detailed information. Terry L. Broadbent - DBA
