I have various forms on which ask
the user to enter data, but for some reason if I use the same form the next day the data that was entered the previous day is still there. For example on my print report form I ask the user the enter a beginning date once is entered I close the form and if I open it again the data is still there. How do clear the fields.

Any suggestion would be apreciated.

Villica
villica67@hotmail.com

That's the way Access was designed to work.
So you can see data thats in the database. Its Live so to speak. If you want to add a new record and blank out the fields then add a "Add New Record" button with the wizard.

DougP
dposton@universal1.com

Ask me how Bar-codes can help you be more productive.

If you bind fields to an underlying table they will be stored there, and visible when you re-open the form. If you have no need to store the fields, use an unbound form.
