Formatting Data Transferred from Access to Excel

you can't, access only has the set transfertext functions, so if it's not formatted like that, then you're in trouble...
what you can do is to pull in the data from the excel spreadsheet...
use a recordset, pull in the data, then step through the recordset and assign/format the values however you want
