formatting a datagrid while in edit mode 1

I have a datagrid that is formatted to fit on the screen but when i click the edit button the datagrid is to long is there a way to stop this or to size it in edit mode?

Change your columns to template columns. Then right click on the datagrid and choose edit template and select a column. You can change the size of your column and it's elements in there.
