Is it possible to change the label text in the footer or header to reflect a grouped yes/no section?
Where the section shows a count of 'Yes'id like the label to read 'Total number of completed jobs' and where the section shows a count of incomplete jobs the label should read 'Total of incomplete jobs'.

Hi, scottian!

I'm trying to visualize what you're asking but I'm having trouble doing that. Where would the "totals" come from? A Yes/No grouping is just a yes and a no checkbox (or radio button or toggle); there are no totals.

Help me help you?

See Ya! . . . . . .

Be sure to see FAQ219-2884:

If I understand correctly, you could use a text box with a control source like:
=IIf([NoNameGivenForYN]=True,"Total number of completed jobs","Total of incomplete jobs")
