Hello! I am trying to format my pc so that I can install XP Pro.
It currently has Advanced Server 2003.
I do need this since it is way too powerful.
I created a DOS disk and when I try to format c: /s, I get the message that there is insufficient memory ro load system files. I checked config.sys and:
device=himem.sys is the first line.
I then tried format c: (with no /s switch) and got this message:
Invalid device parameters from device driver
So, I tried FDISK (to create a DOS partition)and I get this message:
No space to create a DOS partition.
Ugh.
Any advice?
