Working for the government I have to format any dates I use in "official" correspondences as follows:

02 January 2003

No commas, date always has to be 2 digits, and the month must be spelled out. I have found a medium date format that is close, but doesn't spell it all out. I am sure the answer is simple, but I can't seem to find it in the help files.

Any help would be appreciated.
