FORMAT C: /Q by mistake

I have Quick formatted a partition by mistake.

So i used FORMAT c: /Q

Is there a possibility to undo this please ??

I have been searching lost&found for the last couple of days, and i only found the demo version.
also , powerquest discontinued this programm.
Has anyone got an URL , to download a full version ??
