format and missing data

we have crystal 8.5 pro. and GoldMine 6.5 SQL
before upgrading the GoldMine the report for emails showed the body of the email ok on all machines.
now according to the client. some machines are showing the emails with blank notes and others are showing the email note.
all internet explorers are 6.0
and the field in crystal is formatted for html. any one with an idea for the dll that may be inconflict on each machine??

Upgraded the Goldmine from what to what?

Try opening the report(s) and selecting verify database.

Your post doesn't share much in terms of how these reports are being created nor executed, so it's very hard to assist.

If you've generated these reports from within CR< then open them and have a look (use the Database->Verify Database).

If they're canned reports within Goldmine, contact Goldmine.

sorry, sometimes you forget to be more specific.
i created the report in crystal 8.5 and i always have verify on every print checked off.
the goldmine was 5.7.
of coarse there is no problem running the report from within crystal. that i know of. but not all gm users haf crystal installed. so they are running the reports from GM.
i still think it may be a dll conflict with the html code handleing on the machines.
