Form won't open on startup

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I have a user trying to use a shared database on the server. Everyone else opens it fine so it's not the database. When he goes into it the Switchboard form comes up for a second and disapears. I've tried reinstalling access but this doesn't work and i've also check the settings againts a user who can open the form?

Any help is appreciated.
