Form with Page Break won't open at the top of the page 3

Oh my god this is infuriating me !! i have a form with a page break half way down. When i open the form it will not open at the top of the form like normal, it opens already scrolled down about an inch so you can't see the fields at the top of the form and you can see the fields at the top of page 2 !
I have tried everything I can think of and it's really getting on my nerves now, has anyone else encountered this before ? Please help !!

Which control has the lowest TabIndex ?
In other words, which control has the focus when the form opens ?

Yep, that was it ! what an idiot i am !! I looked at the tab index aswell, but didn't realise that the first one was on page 2, thought it was page 1. Thank you for that. (always the small things that get you!)
