Form text not printing

Hi, I've got a problem with a word document that has text that wont print. It looks as though its a form (from a third party). When viewing in print preview everything looks fine but if I try to print it all the text that is in the text area disappears. All that prints out is the static text. I have sorted the problem before but for the life of me can't remember how I did it.

Look in Tools > Options > Print tab and see if the Print data only for forms box is checked. If so, clear it. Don't know that it will help, but it's an easy place to start.
