Form Submission Question

I have a form with 10 fields. The values are submitted to a database. I would like to extract the first 5 fields and have them appear in a separate form (showing the data in text fields) and have the user submit that form somewhere else.

(The reason for this is that it is an order form where the information is first provided to our database, then a form containing the name, address and amount is to be sent to the Veisign server for credit card payment.)

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

After submitting the form to the database redirect to a "confirmation" page of sorts. On that page query the record that was just inserted for the columns you need. I don't use FP for ASP interface so not sure exactly how to interface with it. DeZiner
