Form Page Break

Hi,

How can I add page break or smething like that to a form so that each record is started on a new page when printing them out?

It sounds as if your talking about reports not forms. If you look at sorting and grouping in the deatail section of a report in design mode

Open the report in design mode
right click in the detail section
the box that appears will have Sorting and grouping
open that

It's our annual report FORM. We have five records in the form. The printout looks really ugly. Thanks.

The idea of grouping works. I add a big rectangle at the beginning of the form --- there are quite a few rectangles in this form already anyway, so that this "group" won't fit to the last page of the record printout.
