Form Opening Slow

Hi,

Is it normal for a form to take 7-10 seconds to open on a fast computer. Only the first time is slow but then if you close the form and re-open it takes around 2-3 seconds.

My form has a tab control that has 3 of the tabs subforms record source properties set to sql statements.
