Hi I'm by far not a MSAccess Guru but I know a little more than most people in my office. The problem I'm having is I have a Form in Access thats linked to a table. Within this form is say "Names" "Dates" "Office Symbol" Etc. Now Within the form itself I have another field for suspense dates, and I have the form self-calculate is by +60 days from another field labeled "Dates". Problem is this information dont reflect back in the table, so when I try to make reports nothing would show up in that field, but it would be in the form.

I tried making a macro that would export the form info into excel format, then importing it back to a table in the exact format as well, so it would look like its updated and to print a accurate report, however instead of replacing the old data like I hope it would do. It appended the data, causeing more records than I need. If anyone understands what my problem is please let me know if you can help. Any kind of work-around would be greatly appreciated, even if I have to make another database from scratch to correctly do what I'm doing.

Why storing derived/calculated values in a table ?
You may do the calculation in a query instead:
Suspense dates: 60 + [Dates]

Hope This Helps, PH.
