Form lost focus?

Visual Studio .Net 2003

I have a windows app with a form and 2 textboxes. I have coded a "Lost_Focus" event on textbox1 to perform some tasks however I don't want those tasks to be performed if the FORM has "Lost Focus".

Can anyone direct me?
