I have developed a small application in Access that allows some of my CSR's to do quick form letters and print them out. The problem is, when I click the print button I put on the form(s), the forms go to a specific printer that is neither their default printer nor mine. The "on-click" code doesn't seem to be picking the printer so I can't see why this is happening.

Any clues?

Thanks!
Craig

Are you launching a report on the OnClick event or are you printing the form. Either way from design mode click on "File" then "Page Setup" and make sure default printer is selected under the "Page" tab. If not select default printer and save the form or report.

Hope this address your problem, if not please explain further.

Phil

I'm printing the form through an OnClick Event. I checked out what you said and default printer is selected.
