Forgot something about frames

Hey

I have 3 frames on my site: top, middle and bottom. I appear to have forgotten how to keep the top and bottom frames at one size and only have the middle frame resize.

When I view the site at smaller resolutions parts of the top and bottom are cut off. I have set them to no resize in the properties tab of DW and set the middle frame to relative with the top and bottom set to their size in pixels.

Where have I missed something?
