I'm trying to run ForestPrep for Exchange 2003 but I'm getting the following error:

"Setup failed while installing sub-component Microsoft Exchange Organization-Level Container Object with error code 0xC1034A3D (please consult the installation logs for a detailed description). You may cancel the installation or try the failed step again."

The error came up during the Configure Administrative Rights step. The log file says "The operation failed. Either you do not have sufficient permissions to perform the operation, or you need to wait for permissions to be replicated and try again later."

My admin account is set as a Domain, Schema, and Enterprise Admin.

What could be the problem?

Thanks!

Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Environment Variables. Click Edit to change the user variables to paths that do not include spaces. Rerun Setup with the /forestprep switch.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
