Forcing the default home page

Hi All:

I have seen some spyware software modified the default home page on a computer to their home page, how do we do that for 100 computers at one time without user intervention on a LAN ?

If it's Internet Explorer they're using, you could use their logon script to set the registry value "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Start Page" to the correct URL.
