Forcing PC to register on new turned-on WINS server?

Is there any way to force registering workstation/server on new WINS server without rebooting those workstation/servers? I already entered IP address for WINS on these machine.

I know you can run IPCONFIG /REGISTERDNS to register on new DNS server, but what's the command to force register on WINS? I aslo tried to disbale network cards, then re-enable them on workstations but it won't register on WINS. I have to reboot machine to register on WINS.
