Forcing e-mail out on one account only in Outlook

This is more Outlook than XP but, is there a way of forcing ALL e-mails to go out of the default account. Although I have several incoming accounts only one is able to send mail (my ISP’s account) but when I reply to e-mails received on other accounts it tries to reply through the receiving account.
