Using Crystal Reports 8.5 and Oracle 9i tables:
Let's say I have a Cross Tab with a summary count of data for possible columns A, B, C, D and E. Sometimes there is data for all five columns (A through E), sometimes not. When is there no data to count for one of the columns, that column is skipped.
Is there a way/trick to force the CR 8.5 Cross Tab to display a column with no data (nothing to summarize) and just display a zero for all the rows?
