I have a user that like to browse the net on the graveyard shift. I am have set up a time frame when he can log into the computer, but only works if he logs out and tries to log back in. Is there any way I can force him to log out or lock the workstation if it passes the time frame for use? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This can be done in Windows 2000 / XP / .NET using Group Policy. Control Panel, Administrative Tools > local security policy > local policies \ security options \ "Automatically log off users" and/or "Amount of idle time required before disconnecting session

Well, I totally overlooked this option, thanks so much for pointing this one out, however, now I've stumbled upon another monkey wrench in the mix. I need to "FORCE" this user off @ 4:30pm, and Microsofts AD only will allow you to set logon times by the hour. Any work around for this? Logon time is fine, user can logon @ 8:00am, but we need to force their logoff @ 4:30pm.

Thanks in advance for any replies.
