Good Morning!
Is it possible for an html link from within a pdf to force the linked document to open in a new browser window? If so, how, please?
Background: I have an online pdf document which contains, throughout the document, links to powerpoint and pdf "exhibit" pages. The user will want to look at a linked page and then return to the original pdf to <continue> reading. Presently the only way to return is to hit the browser's "back" button. On doing so, the original pdf reopens at the top of the first page, NOT from wherever the user was when he clicked on the link. I need the original pdf file to stay open in its own window to prevent the user from losing his place and having to start at the beginning of the pdf again.
Thanks for any help you can give.
John
