Force Firmware Replacement 5410?

Hi -
I have a customer with a couple of 5410's that are mostly in english, but some menu items are in french. I thought this was controlled by the IPO (the language) - so that being said, do I need it to reflash the firmware? is there a code to do that?

run the FW_on.bat in the C:\....\IPOffice\Manager\ directory

Yes, read the manuals belonging to the firmware version of IP Office.

If you read the tech bulletin that belongs to your software version then you know what it does do !!!!!
