force disconnection of users on windows 2003 server

Hi,
I need to be able to force disconnection of all users ( except 1 user)from all servers at 11pm to 3am everyday. How do I do this on a WIndows 2003 sever.

You can set the logon hours for your domain. set up a GPO for this. If users are already connected I dont know what would happen. I dont think they automatically get disconnected though.

I need a script that would probably kill all the net sessions except one, and run the script as a scheduled job.
