The title says everything. I need to make sure people calling in listen to the entire greeting before they are allowed to select a CCR option. Is this possible? Thank you.

Put the greeting in one box, then flow it into the next box where the choices are, once the whole message has been played.
You cant force a gteeting on a BCM VM. The Call Center has a forced greeting option and that is avaliable on the BCM but for the price it's not worth it.
