hello all,

I was wondering if there is a way to remotely force an agent back into auto-in if a supervisor sees that they are in aux too long? We have acw setup to maximum of 180 seconds before putting the agent back into auto-in state, but if they are in aux, that would not apply. A couple of team leads say they could do that function at another company with a similar definity system. I have g3si ver 7.1.

YES its called getting their lazy bones out of the chair and manage the people!!! Is today Monday"??

yep, my thoughts as well, but if they ask, I must find the answers!
Anyone?

could you do that with a bridged apperance for the set in question?

I am unsure how a bridged appearance could be used to put the agent in auto-in from an aux state. Can you give me an example perhaps?

It can't be done. You can't do any ACD features via bridged appearances. -CL
