Not bad. Provided all you want to do is surf the web and Office documents it should do fine. It may even play some low-demands games.

Ignorance is not necessarily Bliss, case in point:
Unknown has caused an Unknown Error on Unknown and must be shutdown to prevent damage to Unknown.
 
Actually, a tad bit better than the lappy I bought several years ago, which also sports a 15.4 inch display at a lower res...

the res is the only thing that would bother me, but for viewing movies, it is great...

and it should even play some more demanding games at lower res, than what Vacunita suggests, I played Crisis on a nVidia 7600GO with 256mb dedicated RAM and 2GIG main mem... albeit when it got to hot action, the GPU overheated slightly, so I had to pause the game wait a few minutes and then continue...

it all boils down to this: for the price it is a decent laptop for the average user, power users should go with the Ferrari...
