Font Size Incorrect on Envelope, but not in Word

Font size in a word document works fine. However, if a name is typed in the envelope portion of word, it does not follow the font size that is selected within the envelope font size settings. User is using Word 2003.

If you are using:

tools->envelopes and labels

you can right-click in the text box that shows the address and change the font size there.

I hope this helps. You message was not clear how you were changing the envelope font.

Envelope Address is a Style: you need to edit the Font attributes in the Style to make it stick. Add an Envolpe to your document (it is inserted as Page 0) and you can then easily access and change the style.
