folders not sorted out

Hello, please look at this picture:

when I open the MY DOCUMENTS folder, all files are sorted alphabetically, but they are not when I open windows that to send files through messengers or email. Also, some folders don't remain with the sorting options I instructed them to use, it's like they reset themselves. Anybody know anything about sorting folders?! Thanks!

Files are never actually sorted. Just the view. See the little blue square icon (top right of your picture) use the arrow next to it to change to your preffered view.
