I have a customer who's folder list has been greyed out. I thought it would be a special permission that got changed, but couldnt find anything that fixed it. I also tried the tools --> folder options and none of those settings fixed it.
The folders list is also greyed out for the default admin account.. what could cause this?
by greyed out I mean there is nothing in the list. no my computer, no my network places etc etc.
