FolderBrowserDialog doesn't exist?

I am trying to browse folders with a dialog box and all of the vb.net websites tell me to use FolderBrowserDialog control. Well this control not only does not exist when I try Import System.Windows.Forms.FolderBrowserDialog like the Microsoft site tells me to that doesn't exist either! Im running 1.1 and XP does this not exist on XP?

hmmm i checked my version of .net and it says it is on 1.0 of the framework but when i check add remove programs it says i have 1.0 and 1.1 installed...is there a way to upgrade my .net 2002 to use 1.1?
