Folder Redirection

I wanted to know if it is possible to have the folder redirect on one server and have that same redirect on another server. Example:

DC1

User: John

Folder Redirection: //DC1/Docs/%username%



DC2

Same as above

But for the folder redirect, in case DC1 goes down it automatically picks up the folder redirects to DC2.
