Folder Permissons question 1

Hi, I have a user who wants a folder on his computer accessable by himself only....No problem there, but this user wants to be able to access this folder from any computer on the network without having to log out and back in as himself. Is there a way to secure this folder and still be able to access it without being under his login?

If the user hits shift while right clicking on something like explorer the user can select run as and use their regular credentials to start explorer and therefore have access to the drive
