folder and files looking graphs when browsing files

I need to allow file access download to users. I would like to find out how to create that explorer looking file display rather then the default IIS file listing? Perhaps pointing me to some example would be sufficient.

Try this bit of code from Dynamic drive it is a navigation system really but if you zip the files they will be downloaded anyway
