{fn NOW ()} question for prior date info only

How should this be stated if only the date information from the prior day is desired.

(TNXDTE_72 = {fn NOW()} - 1)

use DateAdd() or DateDiff() function...

I'm getting data via an ODBC connection and it requires the (fn {NOW()}

You don't have problem with the time part of the NOW function ?
