Flush out forwared Exchange email to an msn account

The forward seems to be working OK I sent them an test mesage, but all the existing emails in the account are still there. If I look in ESM I can see 30 emails. How can I forward those to the MSN account? Is there a way to force or flush them out without deleting them?
I temporarily connected to that account using my Outlook and deleted a lot of SPAM. Can I do something while I'm connected to Outlook.
