Have you tried: "dnscmd computername /ClearCache"? I know it works on NT4 server.
Otherwise I know that rebooting does it.

I don't see that option: (I copied dnscmd from the NT4 resource kit supplemental tools).....

Sorry, looks like they added that command to a later version of the OS. I thought I'd remembered running it on NT.
