Floppy disk damage

OK, this isn't really hardware related... but I thought one of you might know of something that could help.

I have an end user with a floppy disk which apparently is damaged and she can't get a couple files off of it. Ordinarily I wouldn't bother but...

I know Norton has a utility which I could use to try and repair the disk, but I don't have a copy of it. Is there any freeware or shareware utility available for download that I can use to do the same thing?
