Flooded by "microsoft patches"

I am getting flooded with viruses disguising themselves as microsoft patches and undeliverable notifications. My virus software picks up the virus (lately I just delete it period). Is there any wy to stop the onslaught of emails??

Over here, we're stemming the flow with server side rules on Exchange. You can do the same in Outlook or OE if you can find a commonality between all the messages. Otherwise, there's not much can be done.
