flash track is very cool, but how do i make my own data.swf files?

Hmmm, have you tried looking for some online flash tutorials?? Like I have not failed; I have merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...

iv checked flashkit, thats the ppl who created flashtrak, but i can only find players for the flshtrak data.swf file i cant find any ways to actually make the data.swf. there is on fla file that you can download that sez it can do this but it actually just has the programming to make the visualiser effect work a certain loop. if i put my own loop in it doesnt work.
