Flashing phones

I have a lab switch that I brought up to MICS 7.0 software. I now want to put 2.0 back in and do some other testing. I have tried letting the switch sit over night without power and the phones still only flash (no time & date). Any suggestions?

Perform a STARTUP with the 7.0 installed. When you reach the point where the display reads "Applying template" count to 5 and pull the power. Install the 2.0 and reapply power. System should come up within 5 minutes.
