I have a KT4V motherboard and a AMD XP2500 Barton core i recently flashed my bios and now my system says the chip is only an amd 1100 how do i set cpu clock speeds etc, please help, thanks

After flashing the BIOS you should always set back to defaults and then set it as you want, this is because some updates make changes to address' etc.

I suggest that in future you make a list of current settings prior to flashing.

The settings for an XP2500+ are FSB 166(333) x 11X.

These are the default settings, the memory speed can be set "by SPD", most other default settings will get the system booting ok, it's then a matter of adjusting what you want as needed.
