did a reinstall on the flash no feature codes working what do i do

Feature 903 and say OK to the codes

If F983 does not work after that then do in order:

-Check connections from vmail to phone system
-Check if power light, if not replace PS.
-Replace software
-Replace Flash

Why did you do a reinstall, trying to clear a problem or what?

my ksu is dr5 3 x 8 two didgit ext# and the flash was 3 so i did the reinstall now nothing working

i took the flash and hooked it up on mics 6.1 and came up working just want come up on the 3x8

i just installed a c p 3.0 i can get in to programing f983 but the pswd is 102 and my 3 x 8 is 2 digit ext do i do a reinstall?

no, if you have 2 digit extension it is f983 12xxxx.
