Flash Voice Mail

I have a 3x8 with Flash Voice mail. After 5 rings I want callers to just hear a message then beep. I don't want a menu tree etc.. Anyone know a way to do that. Basically I want to neuter the AA so it just goes to a VM.
The best I could do was have it timeout to operator then says "Operator not available" and eventually it goes to VM but it confuses callers.

If only 1 extension rings then call forward, no answer that phone to voicemail. In the voicemail, set the lines to NOT be answered by a greeting table. All calls will then just go into the receptionists voicemail box.

Sounds good, how do I set call forward no answer to VM? The lines appear on many sets but I could have it ring only on one.
